Other monetary obligations that the Buyer will be required to fulfill towards the Developer:

• costs of maintaining the common property and the apartment, starting from the date of the Buyer’s acceptance of the Apartment, in accordance with the rules set out in the development agreement,
• reimbursement to the Developer of the amount corresponding to the transformation fee / perpetual usufruct fee proportionate to the Apartment’s share in the property, calculated from the date of execution of the Ownership Transfer Agreement until the end of the current calendar year in which it is executed, in accordance with the rules set out in the development agreement (applicable only if the property is subject to perpetual usufruct),
• payment for finishing packages or tenant’s modifications – according to the individual order placed by the Buyer for the acquired Apartment.
